The following is the basics that you will need for the 60 day weight loss and purification program

Sample Plan, Days 1 -7 and 39-45

6:00-7 a.m.
1st  Shake
1-1½ cups of fruit
½ to 1 cup of pure, filtered water
2 Tablespoons of SP Complete
7 SP Cleanse capsules (you can open them and mix them into the shake)
1-2 Tablespoons of Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Whole Food Fiber

8:00 a.m.Breakfast
Fruits or vegetables. Remember, two times as many vegetables to fruits.

10:30 a.m. 
2nd Shake
1-1½ cups of fruit
½ to 1 cup of pure, filtered water
2 Tablespoons of SP Complete
7 SP Cleanse capsules (you can open them and mix them into the shake)
1-2 Tablespoons of Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Whole Food Fiber


12-1 p.m.Lunch
Fruits or vegetables. Remember, two times as many vegetables to fruits.

4:00 p.m.
3rd  shake
1-1½ cups of fruit
½ to 1 cup of pure, filtered water
2 Tablespoons of SP Complete
7 SP Cleanse capsules (you can open them and mix them into the shake)
1-2 Tablespoons of Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Whole Food Fiber

7:00 p.m.Dinner
Fruits or vegetables. Remember, two times as many vegetables to fruits.

8 - 10 oz. glasses of water a day, snacking is encouraged as long as it is fruit or vegetables.

If you have cravings in the evening, then take your 3rd shake at 8 pm instead of at 4 pm.

Note: Depending on the timing of your dinner, you may have your shake around 4 if you expect a late dinner, or simply have your shake around 8pm if you plan to eat an early dinner. 


Sample Plan, Days 8 – 38 and 46 - 60

6:00-7 a.m.

Add Lean Protein day 10 and stop Whey Protein unless suggested by the doctor.


Meals May Include:
Eat fresh, raw, organic fruits and vegetables, particularly green, leafy vegetables.
Red, yellow, and green peppers, along with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, mixed greens, etc., can also be added to your salads. Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables. No salad dressing or nuts, seeds, beans, etc.

Add additional protein source after day 10: See “What Will I Eat”.
Steamed vegetables (for a maximum of 4 minutes) along with your salad at dinner:
KaleBroccoliSwiss chardBrussels SproutAsparagusCabbage & Onions      Red Beets - steam for 20-25 minutes until soft.  Use beet greens in salad

Additional Recommendations:

Exercise and sweat daily. At least 45 minutes per day.

Drink plenty of water each day. Half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For example; if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink 80 OUNCES of water per day.


Purified Water is the only beverage.
